I offer my consulting services to biopharma industry and academia. Some of the data analyses I can perform are:

• NGS amplicon sequencing data (ex. TCR/BCR/CAR/MHC)
• Single cell sequencing data (10x, including CITE-seq/TotalSeq and immune profiling): read demultiplexing, mapping, QC, PCA, cell type/fate identification, DE, functional analysis and biological meaning.
• RNA-seq and WES data.
• Other fields that could be covered: ctDNA, non-standard NGS and SC protocols, neoantigen prediction, ligandome data analysis, databases implementation…
